ARRA and Recovery“Guarantee critical government services” These monies include the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund for Other Government Services, as well as other miscellaneous ARRA funds used in established state programs. Each program has a unique description, but fit within the overall ARRA goals to take measures that modernize our nation's infrastructure, enhance energy independence, foster cultural heritage, guarantee critical government services, provide affordable safe housing and assist those in greatest need.
