ARRA Programs
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), was signed into law by President Obama on Feb. 17, 2009. The Act includes measures to modernize our nation's infrastructure, enhance energy independence, expand educational opportunities, preserve and improve affordable health care, provide tax relief, and protect those in greatest need. The ARRA-funded grant and loan programs administered by the state of Kentucky have been sub-divided into several distinct categories for ease of navigation; information about the various ARRA programs within each category can be found by navigating the pages throughout this section.
